Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all photography sessions, bookings, and services provided by TBarber Photography Ltd (“the Photographer”).
By booking a session, the client agrees to these terms in full.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date.

  • No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change but will be honored once a booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session may transfer the deposit to a new date (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session will result in loss of the deposit.

  • In the event of severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

4. Photographer’s Rights

  • TBarber Photography Ltd retains full copyright of all images taken during the session.

  • Clients are granted personal usage rights only, unless otherwise agreed (for example, in commercial shoots).

  • Images may not be altered, edited, or resold without prior written permission.

5. Client Usage

  • Clients may share images online and on social media, provided credit is given to TBarber Photography Ltd (e.g., tagging @tbarberphotography).

  • Commercial use (advertising, brand campaigns, resale) requires a separate usage license.

6. Image Delivery

  • Edited images will be delivered digitally within 2-3 weeks of the session date (depending on project size).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on editing workload or client communication.

  • Raw, unedited images are not provided unless specifically agreed prior to booking.

7. Refunds

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • Once a session is completed and images are delivered, no refunds will be issued due to the creative nature of photography.

  • Replacement or re-edit options may be offered at the photographer’s discretion.

8. Liability

  • While every care is taken, TBarber Photography Ltd cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen issue preventing completion of services, the client will receive a full refund or reschedule option.

9. Model Release & Promotion

  • Unless otherwise requested in writing, the client grants permission for TBarber Photography Ltd to use selected images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes.

  • Clients may opt out by notifying the photographer prior to the shoot.

10. Privacy & Data

  • Client information is stored securely and used only for communication and service delivery.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
